One of the most difficult companies I've ever dealt with. So much criteria to pass which is absolutely unnecessary. How many times do people impersonate others when they are calling to deal with a problem. It's a bloody phone contract and you are made to feel like you are trying to break into MI5's mainframe. Then when they send you the questionnaire and you put 0 or 1 down with how impressed you were with their customer service it won't let you send it. Absolute joke

Went in yesterday with my 80 year old uncle to replace his broken phone, luke took the time to understand what he needed and got him sorted out. We were in and out, all done in no time Al all.

Staff are clearly not trained properly, so that's not their fault. It's all about sell sell sell. Just do it online. Hopefully you can get what you want then.

Wife had a phone update three days ago the person on the phone, said to take the new phone into the town centre shop, and they will assist with transferring data. Waited for thirty minutes to be seen, only to be told we need to book an appointment cos it can take up to an hour, and it's£25. No mention of a cost by the phone person, no mention of needing to book. Appointment booked for tomorrow, it had better be worth the wait and cost.

Got done what I needed to get done in the end but my godddddddd its slow. Theres only two guys working there, so generally if a customer comes in they spend approximately 15 mins at least with each customer. Most people just leave in the end and can't be bothered to wait around. You don't even an acknowledgement either whilst you're stood around clearly waiting for them to assist you.
