Called into our local Wellington Telford branch today to pay cash into my account, I was informed this is now an automated machine that does this that literally had just crashed and out of service which was no problem at all these things happen. Was then advised to go to the desk and pay in there. The only problem was I was greeted by the most miserable and unhelpful advisor I have ever met I would like to say not speaking one word through the whole experience other than could you put your card in the machine and if you agree press enter I felt like I was talking to a robot no customer personal touch. 100% on the the revamp zero % on customer service. Also I would like to add the advisor that went to reset the machine was excellent and came out and spoke to his next customer that was an elderly lady in a very kind manner maybe your other advisor could take a leaf out of his book. Very disappointed

Very poor. Tried to open a bond but I heard the woman who should have been able to process it say she was busy with paperwork. There are better places to invest your hard earned money

Over the recent weeks & particularly today Friday 10th of September I0 have great difficulty in getting the TSB to provide an internet service that was in anyway useful. Over 10 times I have tried to get transfer & pay an individual only to be told " we are having technical probs****" well SORT IT. Fortunately I dont need it for business .Youencouragement to

TSB has been my bank for over 50 years and visited on Monday 18 June 2018 after a number of years of using other banks nearer facilities. I have been to visit the Wellington branch a few weeks ago following the recent technical problems and found that the cash points outside were not working plus a huge queue inside. Today it was markedly better with no huge queues and the technology all back to normal.
I asked for assistance at the reception desk and a lovely lady was able to help me with my transaction straight away. She was very positive and apologetic when she asked me to pass her something that I did not have! The apologies continued and the service was exemplary - I felt like a valued customer and the receptionist was also able to offer some instant advice on current account interest rates.
