Genuinely friendly service and I didn't even purchase anything. On an incredibly snowy day out of nowhere and a long walk, I was mistaken on my package and how to send it. Without prompt, the gentleman started assisting by trying to get around the system of my label and then without luck, pointed me in the right direction of a locker to send it away.
