I would like to say a massive thanks to Charlotte! Everything that Customer Service should be. Walked through the door, polite greeting, spoke about what I was looking for and respected that I wanted to have a look around and measure what would fit in the space I had available. She advised where I could find prices whilst I was looking around and was available to answer any questions I had. I didn't purchase on this visit but will wait until I've got the keys to my house and will be back for sure.

Where do I start? They?re fantastic when you?re in the door trying to buy a sofa, will throw in lots of amazing deals and get you a great price. Be warned, the after care isn?t the same. After ten months our sofas are ripped and flat. The rug that was thrown into the deal was thrown into the bin after three months due to ripping. We were promised sofa guard (which is on our bill) and the delivery drivers were happy to inform us that this hadn?t been done. You call up the Telford store and he admits that he has overcharged you but ?can?t do anything about it now? and puts the phone down when you?re telling him where you stand. Don?t go here unless you want to be over charged and have a broken sofa after 10 months. The customer service of the manager means he either needs sacking or a serious course of manners.

Where to start with ScS! Order the 3 seater and 2 seater in February 2020 for delivery in the June 2020. We were told the sofa would be made in the UK which made the reason for a delay being a capsized cargo ship a bit strange. Sofa arrived 2 months late but due to covid could let them off. The problems started during delivery. The white leather was damaged and scuffed with marks and a small rip. This was reported to the delivery chaps who made a note and someone would be in touch. Once they left we tried the recliner and immediately noted the one on the 3 seater was broken. After 2 weeks of not hearing from ScS I called them and told them about the broken recliner. 6 weeks later someone came out, at this point we had noticed the 3 seater had also dropped and was extremely uncomfortable to the point of causing lower back issues. More time goes by and finally told they have the parts. More weeks go and a day before the fix was told they had given our parts to someone else and we had to wait another 7 weeks. At this point we demanded a replacement. As we were now confined to the 2 seater. To their credit they agreed and we ordered a different 3 seater and single arm chair at a higher price. This took 6 months to arrive which was very uncomfortable for us on the 2 seater. It arrived and is a lot better but did report a mark on the 3 seater and the back of the single chair isn?t level causing a big gap on the left side so you can put your hand through to the back. ScS was told of this by the delivery team and someone would be in touch. Never heard back from them.

Advised he was not very pleasant considering.But did tell us that the shop had missed a room on the estimate. He also said that the MAT carpeting for by the front door would not fit. Not got clearance. So I guess he did his job.

Unfortunately this furniture furniture place is getting like all of the others.Why is it.? That you are pounced on the minute you walk in the door. Why have we suddenly become incapable of looking without a sale assistant hounding you.At the moment we are looking at many items for our new home it's hard enough trying to find what you want without being hounded. If we need help we will ask.If you want customers please let them look
