Apparently my door bell doesn't exist for deliveries meaning I'm having to waste my time collecting a parcel when I was in my house at the time of the apparent missed delivery. Then turned up to find the times stated on the website are not the actual times they are open. Was not impressed to find a sign on the door saying... read full comment
