Please (CLEARLY) state opening times!!Google lists 8:00pm but this is only for the Co-op parcel hand over service which you have to call the Post Office and inform them that you want it handing over.(The Post office itself is only open until 5:30pm!!)Frustrating waste of a journey, I'm sure that staff are lovely though.

Can someone please explain to me what the point in a post office is?? I have been to three different post offices in the wombridge area and none of them would exchange notes for coins or vice versa. At one time you could get all your change exchanged at the post office!!! This has very much inconvenienced myself and my business. I was unable to get to a bank earlier in the day.
I walked up to the counter and was kept waiting for 10 minutes at trench whilst she counted (ironically) bags of change with her back to the counter!!! To then be told she couldn't help!!!!
