What have I got to say about my outfit. I placed a order late Thursday evening. My item arrived Saturday morning, fits and true to size. Excellent customer service and made this purchase very easy. I would highly recommend and I?ll be shopping with them again

Having purchased a few items from here I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. My son's shoes were deemed faulty and the store didn't want to know. They advised us that they couldn't help and we therefore had to contact the designer in Italy directly. I would expect that as the items sold here are prestige, that customer service would be exceptional. I'm afraid that is not the case.

Placed a order for a stone island sweatshirt at £205 and waited four days without no delivery so I rang them up to be told the item was out of stock they said it was a system error but why not email me saying item was no longer in stock disgusted with them as never let me know until I enquired
