Excellent service the guy on reception was welcoming friendly from the start of my wait to the finish my car was having an MOT reception was clean n warm full glass to watch the service area which was a good idea I will be back really sure Kwik wasn't like this years back fairplay To the managers epic service its just what you want no faffing about??

Friendly helpful staff Dave on reception is such a great guy , only down side the waiting room needs a coffee machine so while we're waiting we can purchase a warm drink ,

Came to Telford from Walsall and managed to get a puncture.This place was so busy and yet Kendall one of the lads there managed to sort it for me.He said I dont want you to be stuck with your kids and a puncture.He will probably end up working over today because of me. WHAT A GUY. What an asset to Kwik Fit he is.

The staff were both helpful and knowledgeable. The downside was that having made an appointment I had to wait a considerable time before my car was attended to but once attended to the service was good and the price was right.
