I have a lot of anxiety with getting my hair cut but oh my god, I went yesterday for the first time and my hair is absolutely amazing! Ness was so funny and so talented, and my hair feels so healthy and looks so gorge without having to sacrifice barely any length ?? she gave me so many tips on how to style it as I fell out of love with my hair and I?m so excited to try them and YouTube some ways to heartlessly curl and wave, and I?ve already booked in for eyebrows and lashes because I love the place so much! I can?t wait to start my whole beauty journey here ??

Went to KLF for the first time today, had my hair done by Kim what a lovely lady she sat & listened to what i wanted & i got just what i wanted ? I'm so happy with the result & definitely going back .... highly recommend KLF

Sally did a great job of taking my very long hair and cutting into a short bob. It's amazing. Over the years they are the only ones who can cut thick hair into amazing cuts. Thank you to all the staff always a warm welcome.

Nessi was so lovely. She gave my hair a good cut and put it back to the way it should be. The girls and the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. I'm very pleased with my hair and will definitely be going back thank you for a lovely experience xx

I took an Elderly lady to get her hair done and nails ,absolutely fantastic staff .Very friendly team and we?re brilliant with her and me .Was lovely to meet the team .

If I could I wouldn't even put a one star on this review, the lady on the phone was rude to put it nicely. So I tried get appointment for myself & my daughter ,they were busy one week fair enough however I asked the following week and I had explain I couldn't do some day due my daughter having nursery they asked how long my hair was. So the only day I could do was Tuesday but the week they suggested I was unable to attend Then I said we should forget it the women put the phone down,I'm absolutely livid. My suggestion is go some where else clearly the lady on phone in wrong profession.

£5 surcharge which was only disclosed to me at the last minute when came time to pay. All because my hair is thick?? Never seen this in any other hairdressers, no mention on it on their website either. Will not be using them again as £46 for a simple wash cut and blowdry is a little steep!Services: Hairstyling

Bought my daughter here yesterday and the staff was very friendly. Shown the hairdresser the style my daughter wanted for her hair and she come out with just a simple Bob cut. Nothing like she wanted.£30 for that. Very disappointed.Service: Hairstyling

The customer service was great and everyone was so lovely! However, I didn?t not get the hair I wanted and instead of it being a nice brown colour, it turned a copper/ ginger colour but somehow extremely light. I told the lady who was doing my hair that it was too bright for me and she said ? you will get used to it?.

11 year old girl booked in for a cut, had around 6.5 inches off. Simple trim with no additional services.Price list stated around £12,90 for under 12?s.Turned out to be £26? What an absolute joke to be charging that much for a clipper trim.A lot of room for improvement - sorting out your price list and rude staff would be a great start ??Service: Hairstyling
