I turned up at this car wash at 17:15 and asked for Mini Valet.\\n\\nThe guy who was running the place replied with \\\"it's been very busy today I can't do it\\\" even though they're open until half 7 today so I left.\\n\\nIve now gone to the other one in Telford and they were more than happy to valet the car, no problem at all and we're actually welcoming!\\n\\nShame, a huge brand let down by its staff who simply cannot be bothered.\\n\\nWon't be using this IMO branch again, sorry.

Just needed a quick 2.99 wash for my car. extremely dirty but literally had like a fiver left in the bank in my disposable income pot. Very busy in front and behind me and a young guy came over and sprayed my car before I'd paid. When I got to the front I said just a 2.99 please. The guy says no good, it doing nothing. I said I know but I literally just need a 2.99 one, no this will not clean. Again I said I literally just want the 2.99 one. Until he was angry and says not possible card, £4 minimum, so I say is there a minimum payment on card of £4 then, he said yes, I was trapped in by cars, this angry guy is asking for £4 even though I just wanted the cheapest version.\\n\\nNo where does it says minimum spend on card, the car still came out dirty, hence why I only wanted the 2.99\\n\\nI intend to ring customer services tomorrow and complain to the Head office. Absolutely terrible place.

Good clean car wash starting from £2-99 and goes up as far as you want to pay will do inside and out it's automatic so your car is pulled through the car wash try it it's well worth the money

Great service, they hand clean first then you go through the car wash. Various prices depending on what level you want but all great value

The auto car wash is very good the pre car wash manually done before you enter the actual auto car wash is iffy hit and miss. If I could find another car wash automatic I would use it

If there is no cue then its quick but thats the only reason I would use this place again. The wheel foam is pointless as they spray it off seconds after spraying it on and wheels are always still dirty, it wouldn't take long to give them a wipe around would it

If they spray the wheel foam any quicker it won't even touch them, half the premium sprayers do not work so you do not get what you pay for, and the stupid clothe bit that dries your car is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. AVOID this one people you don't get your money worth and it's broken in the droplet sprayer.

The Car Wash is very good. It's nice and gentle on the car and the guys do a good job on the pre-wash. However, the real gem is the Mini Valet - I'm DELIGHTED with the end result. A great service at a very reasonable price - I'll be getting this done on a regular basis, from now on.
