I had an oil change last year for my Vauxhall astra. This year I decided to do it myself. However their job wasn't done great. They overtightened and damaged the sump plug, this happens when you use wrong size socket. And they saw that plug was damaged and didn't replaced it. Other thing is the oil filter.
