“I would just like to say a massive thankyou to Abi and her colleagues for their patience today in the Telford store. Abi was really helpful in helping me choose the right garden furniture and assisting me to the till. A very polite helpful and patient gentleman served me ( I didn't catch his name) payment took a while as I had never used the Klarna pay before and it took a bit of figuring out. Then Abi and another female colleague, (who's name I lso sadly didn't get) helped me to the car. unfortunately getting the item I purchased into my car wasn't as easy as I thought. Abi and her colleague were so unbelievably patient while I rearranged my car several times, while juggling my 3 year old (who they chatted to throughout!) eventually after a big game of jenga we got it in. I couldn't be more grateful to the staff I encountered today. Absolutely 5* customer service and all a credit to the store. thankyou so much.”
