“I've never had a problem with this branch of opticians, lovely staff, good choice of frames etc and during my last appointment, the staff member calmly told me I needed to go to the eye clinic at the local hospital! I was a bag of nerves and she calmed me down and did her best to reassure me.She rang me a few days later to check I was okay and I updated her that everything was okay! I'll try and find her out name and update this review as she deserves to have that credit!”
