Chris has been extremely helpful both on email and in person when designing our new bathroom. He's knowledgable about products and honest when recommending the best fit for our project. Not pushy or pressurising at all, infact we have travelled 40 miles to the Telford branch rather than using a closer branch because of how helpful and responsive Chris has been. Once our project is finished I will happily share photos.Edited to add photos.We are delighted with the finished look and feel of our new bathroom. Chris and the Telford team have been amazing from start to finish. Cannot recommend highly enough and we will be returning for bathroom number 2 soon!

Absolutely fantastic bathrooms. Loads of choice, nicely set out showroom with brilliant staff. Delivery on time with everything in perfect condition. From start to finish Matt Garbett was a total superstar salesman, lots of knowledge and helpful advice without being pushy. 5 * for easy bathrooms. 11 out of 10 for Matt, thankyou so much, we are delighted with the bathroom. Honestly, one of the best places I've visited whilst bathroom shopping. All items arrived on time, slight issue with the bath but they sorted it. Honestly the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they knew their products. Looking there first for the next bathroom upgrade!

Amazing experience from start til finish, they had a great selection to pick from, with modern luxurious items. I bought my children with me and everyone was lovely to them. I would definitely get my next bathroom from them I love having a bath now :) very relaxing after a day looking after the kids.
