Went in Friday to the Telford store and brought a watch and watch display box.Was served by Tom but all the staff very friendly and helpful. Even had a few free cakes and chocolates to eat ,really nicely boxed and wrapped too. Highly recommended ?

Great friendly and knowledgeable service. I called in to enquire about a minor repair to a jewelry item I had bought from them a few years ago that is no longer in warranty. They explained the process for getting a quote and sent the item off, they gave a timescale for the quote which was more that matched and kept in communication all the way through the process
