Visited the store today as I was struggling to put the sim card in my phone due to being partially sighted. I was helped by Kieran who was polite, very helpful and treated me with respect. I was very grateful he sorted it for me. Well done Kieran.

Visited the store today to upgrade our contracted device but after being communicated false information from Tom who clearly had no idea what he was on about, whilst also repeatedly expressing a lack of enthusiasm or desire to communicate with ourselves and/or any customers in store. I wouldn?t waste your time, avoid franchise at all costs. Went straight into Vodafone next door, Josh and Rick were fantastic. After being in Vodafone 10 minutes we brought the IPhone 15 Pro Max that Tom couldn?t be bothered to look into for us. Says it all really. After being an EE customer for 15 years, I have never experienced such disgusting service from EE or any other reputable business I have ever visited.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Advisor was really rude, had no idea what he was on about, shocking attitude towards ourselves and was observed being equally as rude to fellow customers in store. Avoid franchise at all costs.

Got a new phone recently, was served by a lovely lady with dark hair. Was recommended an A54 and I absolutely love the phone. Overhearing conversations in the background, however, and it seems that the men (at least the ones that were there) don?t respect the girls all too well. Disappointed at that aspect but everything else about my experience was wonderful. Highly recommend going to see any of the lovely girls there.

I have 5 contracts with EE, been a loyal customer for years. My phone died on me suddenly and after hours (yes literally!) trying to get through to Customer Service, I couldn't. I was about to cancel all the upgrades due but spoke to Steve from EE Oswestry branch as someone else recommend him. Went to see him following our call and he sorted ALL our contracts, any questions and looked at ALL possible options including data sharing between the contracts. I have come away with all I wanted and much better informed and 'savvy' than I was before about my options. Given that this was over several contract changes/updates, I'd say this was a win! I expect good customer service as standard, as I think we should, and only post when someone goes the extra mile. Thank you Steve! Btw.. I couldn't find the store on my way. Asked a passerby who told me she had 'just come from there, so helpful. They are great ' ! Not just me then !

''A moment when words are lost due to utter distress'', the first ever such a kind of experience. placed an order in this shop after checking all their eligibility criteria and so and so, received a text message " Good news: the device you ordered is now ready for you to collect from the EE store. We can hold it for you for 24 hours. See you soon. " Went to the shop to collect the item, again after the staff started checking the eligibility criteria procedures, opened the parcel packet and kept the device in front of me for some minutes, collected digital signatures and paid upfront money.the same staff placed the order for me responded i am still not eligible for the device and took back the device from my table.

Absolutely ridiculous! All eager to sign up a contract, yet staff signed up to a wrong package without my knowledge and consent. They managed to disconnected all my service and phone numbers.. still waiting for ee customer service to try to sort it out but could take weeks.. very disappointed ?
