Lovely little garden centre, really high quality plants too

We had lunch in the light and efficient restaurant. Unfortunately we were short of time and were unable to really look at the various sections of goods on sale. Another time hopefully.

I found it hard to navigate. There is no flow to the store. The toilets are directly next to the food cafe. Standing waiting for my coffee and cake I could clearly smell the toilet. Not ideal I have to say !

From Mere Park Garden Centre, part of the Blue Diamond Group
Mere Park Garden Centre was acquired by Blue Diamond in November 2021 and received a full refurbishment in the summer of 2022.
The centre now hosts our own, exclusive, Blue Diamond Fashion department, as well as our unique pâtisserie concept, Origins Pâtisserie & Prose, and alongside is our Parlour restaurant.
Our plant area refurb is now complete, and now looks its best ever. Full of a huge choice of plants for every corner of your garden.
Mere Park opened in 2003 and is located on the edge of the lovely market town of Newport, Shropshire.
The centre is located on the Shropshire and Staffordshire border just 6 miles from Telford, 10 miles from Stafford and just 10 minutes from M54 junction 3.
