Went in to this store as a Vodafone customer for over 20 years today sunday 3/9/23 was hoping to add an I watch ultra to my account hoping to see one before deciding if it was for me I was greeted by a salesman looking at me as though I had landed from mars I asked about the ultra don?t stock them was the reply the two Apple Watches on display was what we have asking why don?t you stock the ultra I got a bark back saying cos we don?t okay left the shop a very dissatisfied Vodafone customer but never mind went right across from there store to Apple stockists and phurchased my new Apple ultra watch sold by a very pleasant salesman who I?m quite sure appreciated my money

Very poor customer service. The manager gave me a full written quotation for a broadband and phone package. When I return to take the offer, after 45 mins his colleague tells me the deal is not available. Then I am told to call their customer help desk to try to arrange!. A total waste of my time. Went in on behalf of my stepdad, who had been charged a randomly massive bill. Over the phone they said to check in store so we did.The first person we dealt with was absolutely lovely, couldn't have been more patient or helpful. We both left knowing that although the issue wasn't resolved right then that it would be handled well. I got a call back from the person later in the day to confirm a few things.We had to go back a couple days later to finalise everything and take notes of some contract dates etc. The worker we saw then did try to help, they just didn't really have a friendly demeanor like our previous contact so it was a bit jarring. But all was sorted, and it all ended well.Apsie review:The shopping centre has an autism hour on Sundays at 10am, and they used to stop all music and dim lighting. The shop had stopped the music, but the shops I passed were still extremely bright.The first time we attended wasn't during autism hour, and they could definitely turn the music down a bit as my hearing aids were picking it up way too loud compared to the employees voice.Accessibility:There is enough space for a wheelchair to safely get around the shop, some phones on display were higher than ideal but some were reachable. Plenty of chairs available and we were offered a seat both times straight away and didn't have to ask.First staff member gets 5/5Second staff member gets 3/5Improvements that could be made:1. Lower the music volume2. Dim the lights during autism hour (if possible)

Like every vodafone shop there is a very lengthy wait to get served. Unable to upgrade my broadband due to issues with there systems. Tried several shops. Not good!

I bought a new phone at the Stirling store on the 14/06.I already had a phone and wished to keep the same number for the new phone.I was informed by the staff member that's no problem, its a simple process ?.Aye right, I probably had more chance getting a seat on the next space shuttle.Any way my issue went on for about six weeks still no joy trying to migrate the old number to the new phone.However I did go into the store on the 1st of August and because the staff knew who I was and they were aware of my on going issues.They spent all their time and vodafone knowledge to resolve my problems.2 hours later, Eureka! new phone has now same number. A big thank you to Manager, Ali, and George and Liam for their endeavours.

Visited this Vodafone store yesterday after a screen replacement on my P30 went horribly wrong. Within half an hour I was walking out with my new Pixel 6 and some excellent customer service in the form of Megan and Ally. Megan was a huge help, no sales rubbish, just focused on helping me and in the end I walked out only paying pennies more per month even though I now owned a new phone thanks to a saving through my existing Vodafone WiFi account. Thanks for being so helpful and efficient! *****

Went in to buy a mobile phone. shop was really busy had to wait best part off 30 mins to get served. All went fine till I got home got my welcome to vodafone email. Couldn't sign in so thought I'd try live help well note to all don't bother there useless. Said my account was locked by a 4 digit code but not once was a code set up by me or did the sales person tell me any code so couldn't pass the security checks. Got that frustrated that I ended up losing it on the phone. Only once I did that I got somewhere but still waiting on my phone to be delivered. Seemingly thete is a hold up at the warehouse. Not the best experience so far
