I try to avoid this post office where possible purely because of the woman with the red hair. Anytime I greet her with a hello I'm responded with "give me a minute" and she loves to point out any small mistakes and make you feel stupid.Post offices allow a £1500 cash deposit daily maximum for my bank but she'll tell me I'm wrong and it's £1000. Event though her other colleague in the same building can do this for me.Whenever parcel force can't deliver my parcels to me they leave them here for collection and I dread having to go here and feel like an inconvenience.The Asian man is great though, I am usually pleasantly surprised to see when he's on duty.

Waited 25 minutes for Terry and member of post office staff to finish having an argument behind the counter, seeing I was waiting to be served he pulled down the blind!! in the time I waited I counted at least 11 people come and go who wanted to use the post office. Its supposed to be open all day total disgrace and unprofessional treating customers this way I ended up walking back home and jumping in the car and drove to Kilmacolm the man who served me was so pleasant and helpful I will never use Linwood post office again.

I stay in Linwood but prefer to use the Post Office in Elderslie or Houston. Much better service.

SOoo sooo bad and unpleasant experience it's hard to talk about it! Woman so unpleasant looking, always with angry faces and they look like they are they for punishment! This store should be removed... since a year nothing people can't find anything good there.. prices also very high... everything difficult to find... AMP never works when I need and top up maschines removed... the worst the not even care to help and advice where you can do it.. only ignorance on face and in eyes.
