I have made an appointment by phone for interim service. Been told that it will cost £99 with standard oil. When I went to pick up my car they asked me to pay £140 for standard oil. When I asked why they wanted to charge me more and I showed them that their website states a lower price, I was told that the lower price is only when you book online, but nowhere says that. I highly not recommend this car garage. Not going back there. Do not trust the good reviews, I did it and I am really sorry about that. Really bad customer service and rude staff. Don't recommend this car garage.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this car garage. Despite booking in advance, dropping my car off at 9:30 AM, and receiving a call at 5 PM, they informed me they lacked the correct filter for my car, which seemed questionable as my car hadn't moved. The lack of transparency and delay in refunding my money were further letdowns. I cannot recommend their services based on this unreliable and unprofessional encounter.

I pre booked my car today (Friday) for a MOT and replace rear break pads. I received 17 emails reminding me of the MOT and break pad appointment which I found odd. Car was delivered at 8am as requested. I assumed they would be working on car first. I received a call at 5.10pm stating bad news; car has failed MOT and parts wouldn?t be available until Monday. I asked why on earth wait until 5.10pm on a Friday night, potentially leaving me with no transport for the weekend to break the news. The garage had actually MOT tested at 4.30pm meaning the car was N E V E R going to be ready to take away on Friday. The guy on the phone was rude and dismissive. He said it wasn?t his fault the car failed its MOT; like really. When I picked the car up the garage I received a very frosty reception; no eye contact. The garage wanted £429 to replace rear pads. ( probably thinking I had no other options). Needless to say the car was taken to another garage on the way home where the pads will get replaced for £129?? on Saturday morning. You can draw your own conclusion. This will be the last time I part cash with this firm. My review is not complaining about cash. My complaint is about poor customer service and bad attitude. I usually get 3 cars and my motorcycle work done here. NEVER AGAIN. just awful.

Excellent service needed MOT at short notice.Mot was completed within time and noted one advisory which had been highlighted by dealership during service.

Try to avoid at all cost. I Went for an MOT, they charged me more than £1,500 in suspension repairs, left all the front spring coils with a bad noise and were not helpful at all with the warranty.

Such an easy process not having to arrange lifts or taxis to leave car at the garage.

**CAUTION: Unreliable Diagnostic Services - Beware of Paisley Autocare!**I had an extremely frustrating encounter at Paisley Autocare, and I feel it's my responsibility to share my ordeal to protect others from experiencing a similar situation. Brace yourself for this shocking revelation:On July 7th, I took my car to Paisley Autocare because of a warning light indicating problems with sensor 1 and sensor 2. I hoped their diagnostic expertise would help identify the issue and recommend the appropriate solution.Regrettably, after paying £60 for the diagnostic service, I was informed that I may need the sensor 1 to be replaced at the cost of £250 just for one sensor without giving me any guarantee of refund if the sensor was not the problem! I was skeptical of not giving me any guarantee that this was the issue, assuming their knowledge and experience would guarantee a resolution. However, as luck would have it, I decided to do some research on my own. To my astonishment, I discovered that both sensors could not have malfunctioned simultaneously. My investigation revealed that a blown fuse was the actual culprit behind the engine light from the dashboard. It became crystal clear that Garage Paisley either failed to conduct a thorough inspection or knowingly misled me into wasting money on unnecessary diagnosis and misleading me to quote me £250 me for replacing the o2 sensor 1. Either way, their actions are deeply unethical and unprofessional. When I confronted Paisley Autocare with this new information and requested a refund for the faulty diagnosis, they outright denied my claim, showing no accountability for their misleading practices. My experience at Paisley Autocare left me feeling cheated, frustrated, and disappointed. It's evident that they prioritize their financial gains over their customers' well-being, offering subpar and unreliable diagnostic services.I strongly advise all car owners to exercise caution when considering any repairs related to this garage for any automotive services. Their lack of integrity and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes is a clear red flag. For trustworthy and reliable automotive services, I encourage you to seek out establishments that value customer satisfaction and demonstrate honesty and transparency in their dealings. In conclusion, my encounter with Paisley Autocare was nothing short of a nightmare. Spare yourself the stress and potential financial loss by steering clear of this establishment. Please share this review with your friends, family, and anyone in need of automotive services to ensure they are aware of the risks associated with Paisley Autocare. Let's hold businesses accountable and demand better service standards in our community.Stay informed and make wise choices!

I had a terrible experience at Paisley Autocare. They charged me 60 pounds for a diagnostic service and said I needed to replace sensor 1 for 250 pounds. But I researched and found out it was just a blown fuse causing the issue. When I asked for a refund, they refused and were unapologetic. Avoid Paisley Autocare, they're dishonest and prioritize money over customers. Share this with others to warn them. Look for a more trustworthy garage for your car needs

I went there for MOT testing and they failed me for emission test due to no engine oil. At first they quoted GBP100 for interim service to tackle the issue but they forgot that I just did full servicing there 3 mth ago though 6k miles done within this period. Then they asked if I agreed to top up the engine oil. My car just needed 3L in total and they charged me 3L for top up. Unless there is really nothing left in the car, otherwise I cannot figure out how come need to top up 3L and I assumed that if the engine oil really got so low, I should have the engine light on long time ago but my dashboard got no warning at all. Anyway as I was desperate to get my car back , I agreed and it costed GBP32. However, after topping up the engine oil, they still failed me for emission test and claimed that they don?t know the issue yet but I could leave the car and let them check tmr morning but it would cost me GBP 50 for just investigation. As I live really quite far away, I took back my car and luckily I found a MOT place nearby next day morning. I got nothing done and the test passed right away and it just cost me GBP40. I wondered how much I would have to pay more to get my MOT passed if I did leave the car to them.In conclusion, I don?t feel alright that I took the car there at 12nn and they sent me a quotation for GBP26xx for 12 items at 17:40(20 minutes before they off-work) without much explanation. Second, if the issue cannot be fixed by adding engine oil that means it?s a misjudgment at the first place. Third, it is really hard to explain how come they would issue 11 minor points and become 4 minor points at the other garage. So I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there especially a lady alone.
