There furnitures are lovely however to date, I have been to this store 6 x and 6/6 the staff have never once made any acknowledgment not even a half effort, hello which is a shame as they would have been able to make an easy sale from me. As the staff are so unattentive it's put me off buying from this store.

Rip off, trading standards need to review the pricing practices here. The advertise items at a price but it is impossible to buy it for that price. They do not stock anything that's on display. Not even the small stuff. Everything must get delivered. That costs between £15 & £60. So ticket price is meaningless,

For some reason they have started sending spam text messages. It says "reply STOP to opt out" , but it doesn't let you reply or block the sender.

Overall a disappointing experience.In October, offered 'free delivery before Christmas' on a bed right up until the last moment when we were informed that actually all of the 'free' delivery slots were taken, and so would require an additional £100 for special delivery to have it before Christmas. When questioned on this, we didn't get a solid response. Sneaky tactics, no doubt!Somewhat begrudgingly, we accepted as we liked the bed, had been assured it would arrive before Christmas, and the price overall was okay. December arrives, mere days before the agreed arrival date, and we were told delivery would be delayed until January as they had the mattress but were awaiting the frame. Big disappointment.Bed arrives in January, with no mattress, which we are then told will arrive mid-late January. After further calls with customer service, they finally agreed to expedite delivery, and we received the mattress the next day.Where did Oak Furniture Land magic this mattress from, when moments before we were facing another 2-3 week wait? Either bad inventory management or poor order prioritisation?The positive - everyone we spoke with in store and on the phone were polite and understanding, plus the bed, now that we have it, seems pretty good.

I enjoyed walking through and seeing all the different pieces but struggled to get someone to answer questions regarding a few pieces they had that I was interested in buying. Prices are OK....some things are bit expensive when you take into account that it's small and not functional. I didn't buy anything though since no one was willing to help and ended up going to the other shops and buying from them.

worst place to buy furniture from. never buy from them! they will deliver damaged item and the store will tell you to get lost and speak over the phone and no one will pick up your phone as they will put you on wait by saying the lines are very busy and you will be on hold listening to rubbish music for several hours and no one will get back to you ! Have tried to stay on the call for hours on several occasions and no one speaks to you and when you go into the store they tell you to not come to the store and contact via call. The store staff were quick in selling but they have no customer service at all !

Doorstop delivery. But that door to OFL is the bottom door to your apartment building so you, despite having a heart condition, have to lug it up stairs to the second floor where my flat door is. I argue that my address includes the flat door number so THAT is my door! I don't own the building! I came down to open the front door to help them get to my flat door and they just took a photo and left.

First time shopped in oak furniture land very disappointed as I was not made aware that everything is self assemble the manager and staff are very cutting when your not happy with servicewhen I told I was not made aware he didn't believe what I was saying make sure you are told all your options only like taking your money no aftercare
