Had booked a single room as most economical and arrived to an upgrade for being a registered customer; thank you Holiday Inn. Comfortable well appointed room (even managed to adjust the room temperature) and quiet for sitting right at the airport terminal and not far from the motorway. Excellent staff, bar & restaurant service round off the deal.

Decent place. Great location. Room service is a joke though. If you want room service there's no menu in the room, and even if you know what you want, you have to leave your room, go to the bar downstairs, queue up, order, then go upstairs again. And they still add on a tray charge. Kind of ruins the point of it. I like Holiday Inn but this one lets them down.

Bedroom was fine. Very nice touch of water and goodies. Husband is an elite member of IHG so that may be why. Bathroom a little dated with some sort of orange stain in the bath. Breakfast was ok too although no vegetarian alternatives. This is usual in most hotels though. Have only had alternative in the Voco Glasgow which was amazing. Staff seemed stressed and moaned when having to replace milk in the coffee machine. Mumbling 'I can't do everything '. Otherwise a nice hotel.

I've reserved a room for four people with the following features:- Spacious layout.- Equipped with a heated towel rails.- Includes a Bluetooth speaker.- Unfortunately, experiences noise disturbances from the nearby airport throughout the night.- The heater is insufficient for adequately warming the room; it's rather small.

Overall, if you are flying out of Glasgow, this is the place to stay as you walk out of the hotel, cross the street, and you are inside the airport terminal. Its that easyRooms were fine, slept wellRestaurant served amazing food. Absolutely delicious meals and deserts. Service was great at the restaurantThe checkin lady could use some customer service lessons. When checking in, the lady we got was short and contrite

Very grateful for the kindness of the reception who let me leave a couple of duty free goods for my husband to collect later that day. Easyjet had cancelled my flight without explanation and left me on a rebooked flight with Christmas gifts for my daughter I would not have been allowed to check in. I had not stayed in the Holiday Inn and so there was no obligation to help me, but they did. Thank you!

The rooms are fine and comfortable, but the noise in the place from the cleaners while cleaning other rooms is ridiculous.Doors slamming shut all the time. It doesn't help when there is a heavy self closer on the doors.

Wonderful location for an airport hotel. Leave your room and find yourself at the airport security 5 minutes later. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is delicious.

Room was very nice and quite large. Hotel is perfectly located next to the terminal. However 2 of the 3 staff doing nothing on reception waved me away without even making eye contact so I had to wait till the one staff member checking another guest in was free. It was after 9 pm. I?d had weeks of travelling for work and had a very early flight the next day. I then overheard a female staff member being appallingly rude and argumentative to two people who had been given incorrect info regarding leaving the hotel car park. Customer care skills training badly needed

The reception staff were friendly enough and the rooms were comfortable for the night. The food menu wasn't great at all and the service was very poor. They took our order and then we had to wait for our drinks after we received our food on mentioning this to a waiter. We weren't very impressed to kick off with as we had to wait for 1 1/2hrs to get a table

Expensive due to Airport location. Room was tired, bathroom fittings loose and bath not clean. Had booked dinner bed and breakfast one night . Evening meal was terrible , fish n chips....soaking in old grease/ oil . Breakfast was much better and edible.

Very quiet, close to the air Port. That's about all it has going for it. Room was too hot apon arrival so naturally went to open the window, which was broken. Decided to take a shower a little later and noticed black spots all over the shower head, gross!! Flying home stinky. This was my first and last stay at a Holiday inn.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Wanted to be close to the airport. And the airport is 100 meters away. Perfect. Quiet; could hardly hear planes. Nice room with all amenities. Ate every night in the restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere.

Nice and easy place, very close to Glasgow Airport, 3mins walk. There's a Holiday Inn Express also around the corner, I ended up there while I was trying to get here, so keep that in mind.I had a decent dinner with my friend. She had a sirloin steak with mushrooms, I had a pork steak. Started off with cheesy nachos ? and grapefruit soda. The waiter was pleasantThe room was also pleasant. Fairly spacious, well lit, cozy bed, clean towels in the bathroom. It felt a bit cold in the room and we tried to turn on the heating but it took long before the temperature changed and became a bit warmIt was disturbing to notice that the teacups were dirty, though they were turned upside down. I wanted to make a cuppa but dirty cups?! More concerning was the clean-check card they had placed on the desk as a testament of the cleanliness...

Room was clean and comfortable. A little all, but good enough for an overnight stay before my early morning flight. They have tissues and an iron in the room, which my 5 star resort hotel abroad did not.We ate in the dining room. Pizza was good but way too big for just me, and the rooms don't have fridges so couldn't keep the leftover pizza overnight.Service in the restaurant was excellent, very prompt and friendly.
