After leaving an excellent review re customer service as the salesperson was great and I understand this is not his fault! I ordered. 3 seater recliner and they said it would be a fairly quick delivery. They set a date then actually brought the date forward. My husband took the day off work at a busy time. We then organised our present suite to be uplifted the day before and then yes you guessed it DfS said they couldn?t deliver and it would be several days before they could. Fuming is an understatement. Looking at other reviews I see this is quite common. DfS get your act together as this is just NOT acceptable! ?

Customer service is shocking . Once they have their money you dont exist. I asked to return a suite after having to take unpaid leave after they messed me about with delivery and left me without anything to sit on fir 3day . Is this how you treat the elderly

Helpful staff, patient and informative. Haven't got sofa yet, 12 weeks delivery appears to be fairly standard.

This is like most Stores that sell Sofa's.The prices are lower than a lot of other Sofa shops and Staff seem friendly.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company, from start to finish was awful and caused nothing but stress. I was constantly lied to from different members of customer service staff regarding delivery dates and even when I tried to make an official complaint I was ignored. If you are to buy from dfs I would 100% recommend buying online because at least then the customer service team on the phone can help, as if you order in store you then need to travel back to the store to make any amendments and you will not be given the stores phone number to help.

Absolute shambles! Driver phones me 20minutes AFTER the scheduled time is past and says he has run out of driving hours??I've waited around like an ars#hol# all day to be let down by a shambles! I'm now due a phone call "at some point to rearrange". What a disgrace! And no managers with any balls or spine to phone themselves?? Edward Hughes? What a farce! VULNERABLE people in house too. Not that you care!!Update. So with PREGNANCY and VULNERABLE people in house we've been rebooked for delivery THREE days away....vile!!Order 54ZDQ8227

Called today DSF Paisley in relation to ordering a base cushion for a sofa purchased a few years ago .the lady Carla was amazing not only did she find my purchase order reference but was very patient with me and resolved the issue of re ordering without me having to visit store .Such an amazing professional warm way to be on a call .Thank you !

Been here twice within a few weeks time. Service is utter garbage.The team is concerned about their chit chat instead of approaching the customer and offering help and advice.The second visit resulted in the sales guy once they made an effort to start being pushy about expensive leather options, instead of listening to what we were looking for...dire!!!
