“Despite living under 40 minutes away, I never knew this store existed until I discovered them through eBay and preferring to visit an actual store I decided to visit them directly.I checked beforehand and the eBay prices were exactly the same as on their website and in-store so this assured me there was no taking advantage at play.When I visited the store the staff knew exactly what I was looking for, had it to hand, were knowledgeable and had no issues with me trying the items.I seldom give top marks for anything as there's always room for improvement but as I can't fault these guys I have to give full marks.If you can visit the store then I would urge you to do so as they explained that they absorb the postage costs without passing this on to online orders, which I find superb in this day in age.Overall, a brilliant independent shop that I will now make as my go-to for my future purchases.”

“Last week I received brow lamination & LVL from the beauty studio within Superdrug Paisley. The lovely therapist Razia was very attentive and kind. She was patient with me as I really struggle with things being near my eyes and have sensitive skin in general. She was very informative about after care and what to do during the procedure especially making a conscious effort to ask if I was ok and reassuring me which I really appreciated. My mum also received a brow and lash tint which she was really pleased with. A week later everything still looks great and I feel for the price I couldn’t have received any better treatment outwith. Would recommend and will definitely go back again.”

“Went here to get Clinique gift set which was advertised on TV but they were sold out. Managed to get alternative with the help of a sales assistant. Clinique had lots of sales assistants. Compared to M&"s where I found it hard to fund a pay point that was open.”

“I find the staff very helpful. They don't rush you and do their job well. I use this outlet frequently and have always been very happy with the outcome. I have also heard the staff having to deal with extremely aggressive people whichthey certainly do not get paid enough for. Remember it's not the staff's fault that some items are not in the shop. Civility costs nothing. Treat people the way you would like to be treated.”

“Purely for convenience of location, I hesitantly dropped into Halfords Paisley today for new number plates after terrible customer service in the past. In contrast, the service I received from Kyle was first class. He went out of his way to help us and the job was completed to a far higher standard than before. Due to this, we purchased other items and found him to be polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend asking for Kyle when requiring assistance at this store. So nice to visit a shop and be helped by someone so good at their job!”

“Always a great selection of fruit and veg. Also, they have wines at good prices to suit all budgets. It is a super store with clothing for everyone, food to go, pizzas, fresh breads and the have their own special meals for a night in. Customer service and Costa cafe inside the store. Asda's fuel station is fully automated and it does speed things up. Prices are comparable with nearby by stations and this helps keep prices lower than in towns.”
