Andrew, Kim, Des and the team are great.They do however deserve a better working environment and head or regional office should arrange a deep clean of the store and there are privacy issues around the dispensing of controlled drugs.Note that no prescriptions are dispensed between 1-2pm due to legal restrictions on pharmacist break times.

My Aunt and I went in last week for an emergency prescription (which took most of the day to get) after her house and everything in it was destroyed by a fire. And one of the chemists with black/brown hair and glasses told her "well, you can't be coming in here asking for things when we're nearly closing" while my aunt was trying to explain what happened, she further replied to my aunts explanation with "well that's not my fault" and continued to tell my aunt that she shouldn't be coming in at this time (it was quarter to five, they close at six). And when my aunt went back in to apologize to her, this woman threw it back in her face saying "well, it's not my fault what happened, and you shouldn't be coming in here asking for prescriptions before we close" before she stormed off and wouldn't let my aunt talk to her further. My aunt was in a right state and was balling her eyes out for hours afterwards. She needed her medications as she has severe asthma and had been inhaling smoke due to the severity of the fire. Absolutely disgusting behaviour on the chemists part, and no need at all for it after my aunt had been through so much. Never going in there again. A bit of understanding wouldn't have gone amiss.

One of your employees was being obnoxious to young servers just now in sports soccer in the high street. She was complaining about staff in a manner I am sure she wouldn't be prepared to accept herself. Over half priced ankle socks. If you are sad and miserable dont share it with others.

Went here to get Clinique gift set which was advertised on TV but they were sold out. Managed to get alternative with the help of a sales assistant. Clinique had lots of sales assistants. Compared to M&"s where I found it hard to fund a pay point that was open.
