Was helpful because couldn't get the part anywhere else but, assistance was good as standard. Now I have a full light cluster that I don't need as can get the part online spare now.

If I could give less that 1 star I would. We?re to start?..Collected my car and it had an engine light on, which claimed they did not notice but continued to tell me the car is serviced before being sold. Of course needed to order a part which was a wait. Imagine not noticing an engine light.Weeks later? Clutch fault. Water or some form of liquid coming from my clutch. Phoned to come back and collect it. Came to collect in evening around 7 and no keys left aside which only way was fixed was by my reaction to tell them I was not leaving without it. Pedal that I got 100% was not a new clutch pedal also.Auto break now on and off with my collision sensors doing the same.I?ll be in contact today again as my brake lights and electrics are faulty which almost causing me to be an accident last night.Funny thing is I haven?t heard one thing from them after doing my surveys etc. After having to take it back multiple times, again absolutely nothing. Service has been nothing but awful from the start which by the way was only 8 weeks ago.With the faults everytime I ask for an update of what was wrong with the car and they never tell me or give me paperwork of new parts etc. I have to chase for updates during each day that my car has been in that garage. Phoning early hours to hearing nothing to the point that the ? services? almost closed.4th car with Arnold Clarke never any issues in other branches except this one.Poor service all round, and as I have to phone back today at 09:00am which will more likely be poor again.Awful experience!

Came in for a look round today but unfortunately you didn't have the type of vehicle I wanted to see - a Ford Ranger.Regardless, I was assisted by one of your sales staff, a young lady called Lucy. Having worked in a customer service environment for 40 years, I believe it is important to recognise staff who are exceptional and Lucy is one of the most pleasant, helpful, and enthusiastic sales staff I have encountered.She is a great ambassador for your business and I would happily return to buy a vehicle from her and encourage others to do the same.

AVOID - put a deposit down for a BMW M2 with a salesman called Ross. Tried to get insured on the car and couldn?t get insurance so couldn?t go ahead with the car, he whatsapped me saying ? If you?re wasting my time tell me im not waiting about ??? - professional salesman. Even if I was wasting your ?valuable time? as a salesman for Ford that?s no way to speak to any customer. Called to get my deposit back and he had blocked my number and tried his best to avoid all communication to not refund my deposit. After a week of back and forth, ended up getting my deposit back after threatening to go to the bank.Arnold Clark in general have been terrible in customer service and after sales. They only care about getting rid of their stock and don?t have any consideration for customers.

I bought a used Seat Arona from Arnold Clark Linwood Ford, sale person Brian Hunter barely knowing what to do but did not bothered me as my main interest was the car, but then in the same day I collected the car I discovered a fault and reported it straightaway, since then they are basically guessing in the service about resolving the issue and finally I decided to reject the car but my request has been declined by the sales manager Gary Mooney who was very rude and with 0 customer service skills, with a reason that the fault is not a proper fault and the car is not to be rejected, basically he ignores the Arnold Clark policy with 60 days-hassle free return and also violated my right as a consumer according to Consumer Right Act 2015. I made a complaint with Customer Service they investigating and they assured me that I should be able reject the car they will be in touch with me as soon they finish putting all informations together. What is unbelievable is that Brian Hunter and Gary Mooney lied on the phone saying exact the opposite that the car cannot be rejected as customer service agreed with their opinion and gave me 2 insulting options: keep the car as it is or part-exchange the car. Avoid at all costs !!!!!Arnold Clark Linwood FordAVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!Sincerely look elsewhere !!!!!

This shop is different than other shops, I felt the people of this shop more nice and patiently answered my problems about the car. The coffee machine always workable and has the drinks made all the time. The counter always has full of the biscuits provided if you feel hungry for some snacks

Picked up a new car yesterday, new car is great but team are rude and the manager is even worse. Conveniently found more flaws with my car just at the point of trading in even though they seen pictures and valued. Just after money and not caring about peoples circumstances.

Fixed my catalytic converter (under warranty) after taking it to the Motherwell branch a few times. Set me up with a courtesy car and extended it when they weren't able to get the parts for mine in time. Kept me updated all the time.Even gave my daughter a pair of Arnold Clark sunglasses! Great service

We have just purchased a Ford Kuga PHEV Vignale from Arnold Clark, Ford, in Linwood, Paisley, and we are delighted, not only with the vehicle but also with the fantastic customer service from Gordon O?Hara.We spotted the car online on the Friday evening and phoned Gordon on the Saturday morning, when he reserved the vehicle for us. We visited the showroom on the Saturday afternoon and had a test drive. Gordon?s enthusiasm and knowledge of the car was outstanding and he patiently and meticulously talked us through all the car?s features.The deal offered was excellent, including extended warranty beyond the manufacturer?s warranty, a two-year service and MOT plan and ?Protect.?I asked Gordon for 24 hours to decide, mainly to allow my brain to catch up with my heart. On Sunday morning we contacted Gordon to say an emphatic yes, and on Monday evening, we collected our new car. We are chuffed to bits.I have purchased many vehicles in the last forty years, but I must say that Gordon was exceptional. Reserved a car late Saturday night I seen online and got a call from Paul Campbell at the Linwood branch Sunday, from there service experience was 10/10.Car was delivered up to my chosen location in Aberdeen and to the timeline I specified and needed before getting on the boat back to Shetland, a distressed purchase made all the simpler by these guys as getting vehicles home is a nightmare for spaces on the ferry back to Shetland!Paul is very personable and cheery, I enjoyed him showcasing the car on the personalised video and including what details we discussed showing his attention to detail and just great listening skills for what could have been a very mundane transaction for him, he seemed genuinely to make the effort and a connection.Also a shout-out to General Manager Edward Dalton at Linwood who was an absolute professional in dealing with myself on Paul's day off around a query I had that was resolved within 10mins.Once I bought the car Paul was in contact to see I was happy and updated me on the Arnold Clark App around handy service, mot and insurance reminders all built in and a copy of my invoice, worth a download for sure.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arnold Clark and both Paul and Edward are a credit to the company and the car is amazing!

Poor customer service skills. Staff are happy to wate your time by moving goal posts during transactions. If you require specific information in specific forms, state that in advance. Avoid this company if possible.Real Radio is literally turning in its grave. ?

Very poor after sales experience, purchased i20 hyundai in march, on the day of purchase after an hour, found out that rear camera is broken, which reported immidiately and next day found out that Sat Nav isn?t working as well and reported. They gave appointment in Stirling, took off from my job that costed me as well, and went there. They said they can?t repair rear camera and for sat nav, they said linwood sales department didnt approve the new sat nav, as it costs £ 3.5k. I called my sales agent, he said he has approved it. Stirling service department gave another appointment. On the appointment day, they repaired the rear camera but for sat nav they lied to me that they have received the sat nav for wrong car model and will call me back and they never did. When i called them, they again said the sales department linwood, didnt approve the sat nav installation. I called my sales agent, he gave me contact number for after sales department, i called them twice and told the whole story, they said they will call back but they didnt. Then I submitted this problem through online enquiry form. Then linwood contacted me a few days ago. And asked to bring the car to linwood and will repair it in few days but for those days they are not offering any courtesy car. As i have to go back to edinburgh, and there?s no nearby public transport access from linwood. Moreover, when I asked my sales agent after a week of the purchase to return the car and change the car. He lied that I can?t change my car, while after a month i read in the contract that i can do return the car within 14 days. This all wasted my so much time and money and impacted emotionally and psychologically.

I highly recommend the Arnold Clark Linwood Ford branch over any other Arnold Clark branch I have shopped at.The vibe is instantly different as you enter the showroom. This is evidently generated by the level of customer service. In my dealings, I had the honour of working with Ryan O'Neill in shopping for a used car. To current date this has genuinely been the best cars sales person I have ever dealt with. Extremely understanding, very approachable and easy to communicate with.Ryan listened to what I needed in a vehicle, what I had to work with in terms of budget and we were able to come to a great deal. Ryan still offers the highest costumer service in communication after a deal has been made and finalised. This is important for me as a customer as often there will be a question I may think about later that wasn't discussed. In this case was a question about road tax and something we noticed during a test drive. Both were addressed with the high standard Ryan possesses.Thank you Ryan for restoring my faith in Arnold Clark's name.

Having visited a number of garages with my two teenage sons over the last few days, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of respect and genuine interest shown by Tommy Hearl at the Linwood Kia garage. We had visited at least 4 garages where we were ignored and disregarded, as I suspect they didn?t think we were genuine buyers. Tommy was knowledgeable, helpful and supportive and we bought a used Kia sportage from him which drives like a dream. Nothing was too much bother and he communicated well with us throughout the quick process. I would highly recommend this garage and especially Tommy- professional, courteous and knowledgeable and also engaged my lively teenagers in some ?banter?- most appreciated!Thanks ?
