Garden Centre and adjoining restaurant and shop.The restaurant is definitely worth the effort of driving there.Their menu is varied, catering for all (including Vegetarian and Vegan options). Portion sizes are more than the normal and always very tasty, placed on the plate by a chef who cares! Prices are a little above the average, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. Gorgeous numerous cakes are available also. The view from the restaurant is panoramic, and in the distance can be seen beautiful snow capped mountains.The garden centre plants etc are well cared for, no dying or dry plants here.The shop provides goods for the individual, as well as for gift giving and is good for a browse.The staff are all very pleasant.Highly recommend.

Went for afternoon tea in restaurant. Food and service was fantastic as always. We also had the baby with us which was no issue. Wee booked as it was Mother?s Day and was extremely busy was still great service and nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend

Arrived 1 HR before closing and cafe already closed. Also postal address and map details need updated.That said, quite a nice garden centre with a wide range of products and some more unusual/ interesting items

Very disappointed with the attitude of one of the waitress?s (Jo) service towards my family of 10 was atrocious.Definitely not friendly and rude told my son and myself to hurry up and order or we wouldn?t get anything. She wasn?t joking she was deadly serious. I probably should have said something then but I let it go but things got even worse. Through the menus down and grabbed them back. Our order came at different times the orders were wrong. No apology at one point we were confusing her as she asked for our desert orders.My family have been going here regularly and never experienced anything like this before we felt like it was too much bother for her to do her job. She was clearly having a bad day but you do not take that out on the customers , it?s the first rule of customer service?.leave your attitude and problems at the front door. And if you aren?t up to being helpful and friendly then you shouldn?t be serving customers. We spent over £200.Not one of us was happy with the service and we?ll definitely think twice about returning after this episode.

Lovely cafe with nice breakfast menu. The garden centre has a good choice of plants. The only issue is that they don't stock houseplants.
