Everything done very efficiently and snagging done quickly. Only minor issue was the flooring fitter arrived 2 hours early but as we were home all done. Staff been very helpful.

Cannot fault the service received, or the skills of the whole team. My bathroom is picture perfect and scores highly on functionality. Did I mention it?s beautiful? Great professional friendly service from start to finish, cannot thank the team enough. We are so delighted with our bathroom we are going to get the team back in to do our Kitchen and en suite bathroom in our new extension. Thanks to Joe, Mark, Dave, Anne-Marie and the rest of the team

Sure, Homeworld will fit you a new bathroom, no problem. But if you have any 'snags' later down the line as I did (5 months after installation) they're really not very interested. After a further 6 months of endless emailing, phone calls and texts, I'm no further on in getting problems sorted out...just excuses, broken promises and general fobbing off. So if you value customer after-care, think on...

If you like a company who call you back and finish the job Homeworld aren't the company for you. Over 2 months after the bathroom was started we are still waiting on the final snagging to be completed. I'm still waiting on a call back from 2 and a half weeks ago. Mark, who sold us the bathroom was excellent and we love the product but the customer service is atrocious.Update to review. Someone was due to come today between 8 and 8.30 to finally complete the unresolved issues. I was out running errands, returned to the house at 7.55 to a note saying they had been and gone as we weren't home. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I booked an appointment for this company to come out and give me a quote for renovating my mother?s bathroom. After sitting waiting for half an hour after the allotted time slot I called them to be told that the person coming (the owner) had someone walk into their showroom just as they were about to leave and was dealing with them and they may be another half hour or so. I had travelled for half an hour from home taking time off work to be in attendance for the appointment and wasn?t even shown the courtesy of a call to let me know he was running late. Just a horrendous customer experience. Would never recommend nor use ever.

Multiple things wrong in the bathroom which was fitted in June 2021 and after 4 months I still can?t get anyone out. They say they?ll come ?next week? then I don?t hear from them again. Meanwhile more and more things going wrong - radiator doesn?t heat up, fan doesn?t work, waste pipe under sink leaks, shower screen is wobbly, two of three shower knobs don?t work properly. The toilet has been completely sealed in with tiles instead of having a worktop. I could go on!The company are blaming Covid and the fact that I work as reasons for not coming back, but they haven?t offered me a single date, so I don?t know how they can say it?s because I?m at work. Please do not pay these people up front, as I did. Now I know why they insist on it. Don?t touch this company with a barge pole.Services: Tile work installation

Kitchen was fitted around 2011 and had no problems up until a couple of years ago all the plastic around the doors started to fall off and peel away, contacted the company on numerous occasions and keep getting fobbed off. Avoid!

Not at all happy with our recent enquiry, was quoted £250 to replace a drawer fascia and ordered the same item from a Company on the internet and fitted it ourselves for £57!
