Well stocked flooring store with various prices for all. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They left us to look about without any Hassel. Once we were ready we got the prices, fitting estimate etc.. Once measuring up is done. The order will be placed.

More expensive than most of same quality.All prices are reduced in accordance with recommended retail prices so not a discount as such.I got 10mm laminate from B&Q £4 a pack cheaper and for the same square area.

Just re commenting since use deleted my previous comments ..... so my partner visited your london road branch on sunday brought the flooring out to the car and it was the wrong colour i sent him back into the store with it to get the lighter colour.. use didnt have it in stock and was advised it wohldnt be in for months to a year .... my partner asked for the money to be credited back onto his account to be told no its instore credit only even although we hadnt left the car park with it .... we called head office to explain use dont have what i am looking for and asked for a refund to be told use only give refunds to online purchases.... use are a disgrace use dont have what i am looking for so why cant use give a refund ...also your customer service team are an absoulte joke ....... lets so how long before use delete these comments
