This is such a nicely located pub. Only dined here for a Xmas dinner, the staff and service are lovely, but the food needs improved. The quality is just not there. Such an opportunity to produce amazing pub grub but Chef skills need vastly improved.

I have been a regular for a few months Food was brilliant and reasonably priced but after today I can't say I'll be going back. Poor service and even worse food, extremely disappointed.Food & drinks: Beans were ice cold, bacon was undercooked and staff didn't seem to care. Service was unreasonably slow given how quiet it was.

Quick and very friendly service, clean and relaxed atmosphere, easy parking, quite reasonably priced and, most importantly, excellent food. Amongst my party we had 7 different main dishes and 1 starter and everything was delicious. Great to find a local place we can rely on. Definitely recommend.

Unbelievable that they can not cancel a booking one minute after a mistake has been made. They are thieves. I hope nobody ever stays here
