been having my car serviced by the lads of arc for a number of years, again another service carried out today ,on time and within budget. also the lads imparted some extra feed back when collecting my car. well done lads keep up the good work .

My son left his car with you as he wanted a quote to return his fiesta exhaust to a stock system.On picking the car up after work, the guy told him there would be a £25 charge just for 'looking' at the exhaust. Is this because the charge for the new system was too expensive, so knowing that they weren't going to get the business decided to charge him £25??I've used them before numerous times and so has my son. No need to rip people off because all you've done is lost future business.Will not be back....and will take the car to Kwik fit where they don't charge £25 to quote for work.## you didn't do any 'work'!!!.....you're charging for providing a quote for work...which is a rip off.

Annual service done on my car with no issues whatsoever. Everything on the list was done and I was given some info about the cars condition which they had looked over whilst doing the service work. Spot on service at a great price.
