Not *bad* food but just... Borderline. Mediocre at best. Eaten here twice. First time waiter didn't even know what I had ordered when I asked for arabiatta-- in a place marketed as an Italian. Food was ok and reasonably priced. Second time had pizza and bruschetta which were both poor- literally dripping in oil. I've had better pizza at a student Union and the bruschetta was on the kind of garlic bread you'd get at a hospital cafeteria.... Not great.\\n\\nVery very bright lights in the evening make it feel like a cafeteria not a nice restaurant.\\n\\nSounds harsh but I think they should just stick to the simple stuff. This isn't an Italian and that's ok but to market it as a nice Italian restaurant is just a bit silly. It's low level pub food at best. And that's ok, this is after all a campsite.
