In this shop I faced very bad behavior and rude from the shope keeper . When I ask the price of Nutella he told me don?t you have eyes go and check I have lots of job here. At the time he was jest sitting in the till . After that I bought things for 24 pounds and he didn?t have the receipt for that, when I ask for the receipt he ask why you don?t tell me before..then I jest bring my stuff and go to my car ?after I jest come back to the shope and ask for one pack cigarette at that ti he behave like what the hell he coming agin why he can?t buy when he bought everything.Thins kind of customer service I got from that guy (he looks like middle age a Scottish native man)8/10/2023- 6:15 PMI?m expecting response from the manage

The overnight stay was better than expected quite honestly. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and best of all it was very quiet which was conducive to a good night?s undisturbed sleep. Breakfast was extra which we had, there was a choice of Scottish, English or Continental. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We actually loved this hotel, for what it was! Pros: - The room was enormous! It had a bathtub (very important to us after hours hiking Nevis!), it had coffee making facilities (which many places now lack). The beds were so comfortable, had a great couple of nights sleep here! - The hotel was quiet. There was no noise, the walls carry the sound well, very peaceful. - Staff in general were friendly, kind and helpful. - Location is good. 15mins from Ben Nevis, 45 mins from Glencoe and The Harry Potter Bridge. There is a Spar mini market and a pharmacy next door which is exceptionally useful for anything you need and want. Cons: - It is not a luxury hotel, but does not subscribe itself to be. It is more than adequate for a place to rest your head, but is tired and needs some TLC. - Breakfast was expensive for what it was. No option of choices, you get what you?re given with no substitutes. I would recommend driving into Fort William for better breakfast options, personally. - Main restaurant was OK. Menu is minimal, food OK. Genuinely, however, for what we needed, this hotel was perfect. I cannot rate it 5* because it?s not a 5* hotel and it has its flaws. But it?s perfect as a base to return to at the end of the day; it?s clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly and provides a pint and a hot meal. Perfect for a hiking pair in the area. Ended up staying here 3 nights when only booked for 1.

HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid that old man at the register, what an absolute creep. Aisles are very narrow and the food is quite overpriced but I guess that?s what comes with tourists. Stay away if you can, the restaurant next door is much better.

Shabby and run down. No fitted sheets?the small flat sheet does not cover the mattress. Mattress is soft and lumpy. If it were half the price I would understand, but 108 pounds without breakfast is outrageous.

For the price and size of hotel you?d expect a little more. The hotel is clean, but small things like the screw in the lock are a disappointment. Do you blame the handy man for this or the decorator that painted over it? It?s just a lock, but this demonstrates lack of investment, you could argue that it?s a quick fix, but painting over it suggests not?

We stayed here for one night in June on route to Mull from the east coast. We knew we were going to be a late check in but that wasn?t a problem for hotel. Arrived about 9pm and found a very lovely helpful Lady dealing with restaurant and reception. We were shown to an external room and shown where we could find breakfast in the morning. Although the decor is a little dated the room was very clean and comfortable. My only gripe is the strength of the green light in the emergency light and the powerful lights outside, they made me very restless through the night, so my recommendation is to take an eye mask and you?ll be fine.

This must be the most HELLISH Hotels I have ever had to stay in. It transpires very quickly that men who are doing the "renovation" on the cheap are in charge! They happily bang and scrape and smash glass, load and unload their van in the loudest possible manner, well into the night, at least 11pm . If you ask them to stop, they look at you like you're MAD( yes I was) and then stare in a most threatening way. I am surprised they didn't put a pneumatic drill through my head. For all their carry on, the shower in the room didn't work. The manager tries but she isn't in charge...the builders are. And their concept of a Hotel is very different to that of a customer. I reckon they learnt their skills in the 1970's. somewhere on the Costa del Sol when unfinished Hotels were the norm. You have been warned. Breakfast was ok....

I stayed in one of the chalets and really enjoyed the space offered. I could also park my car directly beside it which helped when transporting luggage. The meals were a little limited which is fine as I knew that in advance. The staff were very helpful and smiled which is always good. I'd stay here again

Very bad. Small bed, too hard, next to a very busy road. The room is very old, we could not take a warm shower or bath because our room doenst have warm water when the kitchen uses warm water. So in the evening there was no warm water, but also in the morning there was no warm water. Much to expensive
