“Needed some shoes,and thought I'd try out Beggs shoes. Went early expecting it to be quiet,but it was busy. I think the ladies name was Mhari who served me. Didn't do the shoes I'd normally get,but suggested a pair of their own make, she also managed to get my husband a pair of shoes,but he had to try on several before he got a pair to fit. Would definitely give Beggs a try.”

“I was recently on a weekend break in Inverness with my husband. We went for a look around the shops and I saw some shoes that caught my eye. The assistant was friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Her name is Eilendh (hope spelt correctly!) I bought the shoes and got a good recommendation for somewhere to eat that night too. Altogether a great experience, lovely shoes and a great meal at the Snow Goose. Thank you.”

“What a lovely and helpful man we saw today!My daughter wears specialist shoes from the hospital but if they break she obviously needs a spare pair while more are made. Shoe zone is the only place that stock shoes small and wide enough to fit her feet. We have been relying on a certain style for some time but today they weren't in store. We were approached and asked if we needed help, I explained the situation and while they weren't in shop stock the shoes were ordered for us to be delivered to our home. Top service! Thank you.”

“The Sparkle Event with Amanda last night was excellent��. Amazing how much she can cram into 15 minutes!! Having a Personal Stylist for the Eastgate Centre is a fabulous idea. I would never have thought to shop in Quiz before (I thought I was too old!!), but thanks to Amanda I have been introduced to the lovely Lara in Quiz and made my first purchases today. “For me Next is a really good retail experience. It has an excellent range in menswear with plenty choice available. It also has an excellent range in the home department. I like the fact it is open later and there is plenty parking available. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful and now you can once again try something on before you buy it which is great.”

“Had a wonderful experience today. Been having difficulty trying to send back post due to royal mail strike. Came into store to be told it wasn't possible, but instead of leaving it like that, the lady then showed me another way to send back on her phone and even where to go and how to use it. Really helpful! She then also told me to come find her if I'm still struggling! Fantastic customer service!”

“Mostly good quality clothing at reasonable prices. Good range of home wares. Staff not much in evidence and long queue at the checkout. I spent 30 min finding what I wanted to buy and 36min waiting to pay. In their defence their Internet was down so no self service tills and limited card payments were allowed. Not the best experience.”

“I had a great experience on my visit to the store recently. The young boy who served me was extremely helpful and very polite. Actually he couldn’t have helped anymore if he tried.. However I wasn’t happy with one particular female who works there.. the way she looks at customers as if they are below her is absolutely ridiculous behaviour. I can’t tell you her name but what I can tell you is if she wore anymore makeup you would have to scrape it off with a shovel. Maybe a little reminder to staff that no one is better than anyone in this world we are all the same. I also noticed that the staff don’t treat other members very fairy actually they treat them very poorly. Again a reminder that no one is any better than anyone else we are all the same and we are all equal. Perhaps a reminder to those individuals who like to constantly moan at members of staff in front of customer (not appropriate) belittle them and make them feel worthless should go on a course as a reminder on how to not only to treat members of staff but to also learn some manners. I have shopped in your store for many many years and I have watched such behaviour on many occasions however this time I am disappointed and disgusted by your store. A little reminder that some members of staff and I mean some are very nice polite helpful and make you feel very welcome however others really shouldn’t work in customers services as their attitudes towards other members of staff are vile. This also includes some members of management. The only reason I have given 5 starts is because of the young boy who served me. If it hadn’t been for him you would have no star rating.”

We always go to S/D for our kids shoes and its a case of get on with it youselves, apart from getting the correct size. So it was a pleasure to get the help and explanation to sizing and Brandon finding the right shoe for him.Thank you Brandon, very much appreciated.”
