If you require a Wi-Fi connection then think carefully before booking. It is advertised as free and available, but across 3 devices (2 smartphones and a laptop) my wife and I were unable to obtain a service. She briefly had a connection after about 15 minutes of buffering, but it dropped out again almost immediately. The diagnostic on my laptop showed a connection to the hotel network, but no connection of that network to the server.I reported this to reception on the day of arrival and left my room number. Two days later (nothing changed, and no feedback) I informed the clerk upon departure of the ongoing issue. His demeanor may have been feigned surprise or disinterest. It is hard to say which, given that the same individual had declined to reply (or even look up) on two separate occasions when we wished him good morning as we passed reception.

A typically good Premier Inn, a great place to lay your head as a pitstop onto further travelling.A bit of a hike to the station but nice location next to the river.

Fully deserves the five stars.... Whilst in the queue to check in, I noticed a prominent display of cards "sorry your stay wasn't a good one".... I thought this rather ominous. I needn't have worried, my room was spacious and most comfortable, with a variable temperature control. Good sized wall mounted TV, and more than adequate wash, bath and shower room. Topped off with an excellent breakfast selection.Staff were fine too.

Lovely hotel , lovely rooms, location is good too!! restaurant staff is great. Had a great time.. just the manager at the front desk (din get his name) but tall guy in specs really shouldn't be part of the hospitality industry as he's anything but that. Not accommodative, very rude to our requests when we asked him anything and he was the only one that changed our opinion of premiere inn.. dude, whatever ur name is.. hope u do better and learn how to be more courteous and joyful towards ur guests. Thanks !!Rooms: Good and spaciousNearby activities: GoodSafety: ??Walkability: Great to walk to all nearby shops and restaurantsFood & drinks: Good options

Great for my 2 night stay. Directly across the river from the city centre(3 mins walk)Comfortable mattress and pillows, very clean and quite room. No issues with shower as plenty of hot water and great pressure. Only concern was car parking as hotel has limited spaces but i followed the hotels advice and parked in the Cathedral Carpark which is a 5 minute walk away and only costs £5 for 24 hours with cctv overlooking the parking area.I would certainly stay here again next time I?m in Inverness.??Rooms: Comfortable and quiet. Plenty of hot water in shower and good water pressureWalkability: Minutes from city centre. Directly across the river.Noteworthy details: New hotel, built to a good standard of comfort with blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing

I haven?t stayed at the hotel but this review reflects the abominable phone charge I have incurred to amend my booking. I called via the Google Listing ?call? button and was cut off towards the end of the call by my mobile provider as the call had reached my spending cap limit (thankfully I have one set!) - the call cost me in excess of £23 !!! BE CAREFUL - DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!

Stayed one night here. First, the good. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a pleasant walk over the river from the city centre.Onto the less good. I was sent a rather passive aggressive email by the hotel directly prior to staying, asking me to book a table for meals (I hadn't ordered any meals and did not intend to, so felt this was unnecessary). On arrival checking in I was made to feel bad for not booking any meals ("and you've not got any meals with us"). In the morning, I was woken earlier than I wanted to be awake by other customers slamming doors and talking, and by staff talking and hoovering nearby before 9am. When leaving my room, a cleaner shouted down the corridor at me "what room number are you?".Hotel is good quality, staff are poor quality.

This is one of the nicest hotels I?ve stayed at anywhere in Europe. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of outlets, lots of lighting and a super comfy bed. The location is about as good as it gets in the city, with a gorgeous Riverside view and a short walk to just about anything you?d need in the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love this place!

You will not be disappointed in a stay here. Hotel has everything you need, including AC (which I understand is a luxury). Staff was very accommodating and never a long wait. Location is a walk away from everything and gives you a beautiful view of the River Ness.

I never stayed at the Premier Inn Inverness. My one star review is based on my booking/cancellation experience. I booked a room rate that allowed me to cancel prior to arrival, yet the Premier Inn charged my credit card the ENTIRE amount upon booking. Then when I cancelled, due to the exchange rate, I received less than what I paid. I've never in all my years of travel had a hotel charge the full amount for a room at time of booking unless it was a non-refundable booking. Disappointing experience.
