I spent 30 min finding what I wanted to buy and 36min waiting to pay. In their defence their Internet was down so no self service tills and limited card payments were allowed. Not the best experience.”

She was very nervous and the manager came off her break so both ears could be done at the same time. They were so accommodating so I really can't recommend enough if you want to get your ears pierced!”
