Absolute joke of a pharmacy. They mess up every single time, very rude to deal with, completely incompetent. Should not be allowed to stay open, can't even get them on the phone its an utter farce

Giving this pharmacy one star as I can't give it a minus!!!! Staff are slow and totally unhelpful and today I waited 23minutes to collect a repeat prescrption! Have now changed to another chemist (in Dalgety Bay).

This comment refers to the Cross pharmacy. It is the worst pharmacy I have ever come across. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I continued using them for about two years. There was an issue with almost every single prescription, and the will to improve their service is lacking: never apologising, always making long excuses, always blaming somebody else. I am now changing my pharmacy, even though it is further from my house.

Probably the worst pharmacy I?ve ever had to deal with. Will use another going forward. It seems it?s a hardship to provide medication to customers here given it?s their soul purpose!

Awful business. Constantly changing staff who appear not to have a clue as to what goes on behind the scenes and the latest batch are nothing short of miserable and actively obstructive.

Constantly making promises and letting you down, got a message saying my delivery was on its way yesterday and still nothing.They always try to blame having new staff, except the staff turnover is so high because of the way its run. Nothing but problems with this so called chemist for the past 3/4 years.

A clean and tidy pharmacy that I've been using for a few years, the service is always friendly and I've seldom had to wait for a few days for some prescription items but I don't mind that.
