What is the purpose of having hours listed online if you’re not going to be open during said hours

The website states Monday to Saturday 8am to 12pm. I got there at 10.30 this morning and it was closed. Sign on door says Monday to Friday 8 till 10 and Saturday 8 till 12. This was quite frustrating as I had to take time out of work to pick up a parcel only to find the door locked when I got there. If their new times... read full comment
