Called into shop to ask question about holiday I had booked on line the day before. Barbara was very helpful saying was not possible to do what I asked but she could rebook and give me what I wanted. So canceled day before and rebooked same hotel with same options told me if I went day earlier it was better price. All in all a great experience. Thank you Barbara for all your patience and getting us a great price for our holiday.

Just booked my first holiday to Florida at braehead tui. We had a party of 16 and had never been before. We had a lot of questions , looked at a lot of different options and asked for different changes to be made once ready to make the booking. Cara from braehead tui was very patient, informative and helpful. Her Customer service was excellent, always got back to us quickly and kept us updated. She answered all our questions and gave good advice.

Just booked a holiday in TUI Braehead. Becca was lovely friendly and knowledgeable and found us an ideal holiday in Sorrento In June. Also went out her way to tell us were we could go and what excursions that were available and had first hand experience of some them. Would definitely recommend Becca if looking for holiday .
