Sunday, I went shop three on Saqual Street, but unfortunately a girl said that I can't do anything for you, you should go to your mobile phone and solve your problem. Well, if I had known myself, I would not have come to the shop. this time, unfortunately, they did not treat me well at all and I was very upset.

Ali at the store failed to mention that you couldn't return something you purchase at the store. Especially if you open the box. He was acting as a genuine nice person, talking to you and offering to open the box to put the sim card in.He deliberately done this to make sure I couldn't return the item again. Even though the three service on the phone said it the right of the customer to be able to return even if purchased at the store. When we went in to return the item again in person. Ali's attitude had changed he first said sit down and made me wait for a long time. Then came over saying its not returnable cause you allowed me to open the box etc then called his manager over. Laura the manager was treating me so awfully. She came over very rude with a nasty tone of voice 'no you cant, you cant return' she failed to listen to the policy, or what the three customer service said. She then started shouting saying 'stop shouting' even though I wasn't. She was right up my face intimidating me like she wanted to beat me up. I can't believe they have a manager like this. Who can't even help a customer, and actually escalates situations. I even offered to exchange the item but she didn't want to hear any of it shouting the same thing 'you cant' and that's all she repeats. I used to be a long time 3 customer of 15 years. No more. It's the worst I've ever been treated anywhere.

Come into branch to ask why my bill is double and why 3 from 5 call are not reaching service and i cant call anywhere. Answer was call to customer service...poor service. that why i coming to branch to do not speak on the phone .staff tried to be kind but smell from moutch was really really bad . I left just becaus that. No case neet to be solved for price breathing bad smell from three worker. Disgusting ....

I was struggling with buy roaming package by my Three App so I decided to visit the shop to get some help. The (Chinese) woman refused to help me because I didn?t have my ID with me. I had my phone with my number and Three app but she said she can?t help me. I can use the chat or call customer service for help and they can help me without my ID. That?s a joke. She don?t even try help me with my App. Totally useless.

Extremely unhelpful, lady provided false information and tricked me into buying a SIM card that would not work with my device, lied about product despite asking multiple questions.

Be aware don?t sign any contract with THREE mobile specially this store,they act very nice to make u sign the contract and tell u that u have 2 weeks to cancel if u jot happy buy as soon as u signed the contract they ignore u and they don?t provide the service and when u go to cancel the contract they disrespect specially( LAURA the assistant manager)and bullying u and if u ask why they disrespect u and threatened u, they even called police on me and tried to push me to stay on contact but they couldn?t, just be a careful because its really waste of time and money

Excellent service - wanted to thank Jessie for her amazing help in getting me out of a sticky situation. I had bricked my phone with house alarm on it and no other way of getting it unlocked. I urgently needed PUK code which she managed to get for me very quickly and before the shop closed. Thank you. Can see no better way of making compliment.

Bought a pay as you sim from Whsmith.. A customer service named Ali is helping me activate my sim card. Very helpful and friendly. Fully recommended!
