Store well stocked, however customer service is lacking.The staff are lovely and helpful, but only one serviced till for 10 customers is unacceptable.Serviced till is used mainly by OAPs, and those needing help.The manager says plenty of tills available, but that is missing the point.

A well-stocked shop, with easy access and a handy branch of Argos inside. The staff are helpful, the range of products is good and it never feels too busy. Using the scan and pack option is very easy and quick.

Picked and scanned £170 worth of groceries with a self scan handset. Got to the till to be told the system is not working and I'll have to unpack and rescan all of this again. How was I able to scan both my nectar card and a full trolley? This added 20 minutes to my visit. However my main issue with this experience was that there was no apology or offer of assistance. I felt like I was at fault. This was a poor customer service.
