Had to raise complaint against process within shop, which I was told by the manger was addressed. Shop staff unable or unwilling to fully assist. Too ready to get customers to phone their helpline. Sorry won?t be back or recommend.

I have been with O2 for years and never had an issue. I did have a query I wanted to discuss and went over. If it's busy, they will allocate you an appointment time, and you can either go away and grab a coffee or go browsing, but on this occasion, there was only a couple in, so I was attended to right away. The assistant was very clear and helpful, and resolved my issue in 5 mins! Good old O2!

Not shop?s fault but phone blocked, bill paid over 2 weeks ago, chat says phone 202, 202 automated says no arrears, then pay now. Website shows 17p credit. Twitter and messenger useless. Full day without calls on ONLY day off! Sent all texts, web snapshots etc of payments and payment ref number. Utter abuse on private twitter hence calling out the shops. Please explain this last conversation on your chat?So I checked that the bill has been paid and there are no arrears on the account, I would've been glad to help you remove the bars, the system will not let me to place the request. Even if I go ahead and try to place the request for you, the request will not go through as it would be rejected automatically by the system. Even if I couldn't place the request for you, our Payments Team can. You can just call our Payments Management Team and they'll make the necessary arrangements on the account so that you can pay the bill as per your convenience and use our services consistently?

Was at 02 Silverburn today..nervous about getting all my data etc put on a new phone etc. I was served by Jai who was fantastic and got my new sorted without any hassle!! 10/10 for Jai...lovely guy ??

Staff in store were very helpful, sorted out a new phone as well as a simultaneous change in name on the contract, had earlier tried the O2 website, O2 app and O2 helpline , none of whom could help previously.

Very very bad service i have ever seen tw0 peoples were on sewts but they even bother to ask what i am standing for 1 hour . They were busy in there own . Never ever return to this shop again. Recommend everyone to go else where

Andy was very helpful, helped me even though O2 isn?t my phone provider (which I very much appreciated as he didn?t need to do that). He was knowledgeable and patient - an outstanding member of staff. I may even change my provider as I was so impressed.

I had problems with my phone and went to O2 silverburn shop to ask if they could help me to fix the problem. After 40 minutes I was seen to by Kirsty. All she kept talking about is checking my postcode and who I was with for my internet. It was the worst phone experience I?ve had in 13 years. After I said I didn?t want her internet and just wanted help she was so rude. She had a big attitude problem and kept saying she was not able to help me with my phone and told me to go to the apple shop. She was not interested as I said no to taking on the virgin tv package which I wasn?t interested in. DO NOT VISIT.

Lad selling the phone was great explained the new phone and contract details very clearly and was really helpful in general.
