Some good quality food..When they actually put it on the shelves.Just tried the 'cafe'... No cutlery available for 30 mins so had to resort to a SPOON for a small breakfast. Very poor organisation, unwiped tables and staff quite willing to stand and chatUpdate Feb 28th '24This place has actually got worse! Abandoned Till, empty drink fridge, no milk in coffee machine, refusal to cook certain menu items, dirty table, non talking staff, resentment if you approach and today I was also told it'd be 30 at least, before they took my order. We walked away, same as many others. SHUT the place Morrisons - this is an embarrassment, AND fix or board up your clock, before the remains of it land on your steadily decreasing Patrons.Unbelievable

Wife likes the fruit and salmon prices . Spirit prices can be dearer than Asda

The Morrisons in Giffnock although smaller than the Morrisons in Shawlands gives more for your money and has everything you are looking for.

Had a few bad experiences at this store but always just let it go. Went and got a full food shop one time and no bags, staff member said there was an issue with the supplier and no bags were available. Went in a few days after and still no bags, staff just shrugged shoulders. My partner was then stopped randomly leaving the store by security a month or so after and when asked why he had been stopped the security officer couldn?t provide a reason and just grunted. Been in a few times on a Sunday to do my weekly shop and the shelves are empty? and I mean empty. Nothing in the fridges and freezer isle. Had to go to Tesco around the corner to get food. Go figure. Tonight has to be the worst. I went to park my car and noticed a trolley assistant with Hi vis on helping in the shopping collection area. He had a trolley of shopping in the middle of the road obstructing the road preventing me from parking. I tried to park and the staff member instead of moving slightly to the side (which is why these spaces are so wide so that you can fit trolleys in.) He refused to move and became aggressive to me and intimidation me watching my parking and then shouting. I stayed to him I was going to complain and he swore at me saying he was the manager and I wouldn?t be allowed in the store to make the complaint. This male was a lot bigger than me. Over all I?ve been a loyal customer for years but I will not be back. I?ll stick to Tesco around the corner. Staff much more friendly.

Stock rotation very poor. I tried to call to advise of this. Answer - go to website. How about you speak to customers. Novel idea.
