Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered then they cancelled my order,

I used to come to this branch all the time. It has become shockingly slow in terms of speed of service. Stood waiting at the counter approx 10pm, no queue, had to ask to be served as nobody directing front of house!!!

Sorry guys I must be in a minority.I HATE soggy, tepid burgers ... although I must say the coffee is pretty good and most of the colleagues do a good job.Also, this used to be fast food .... not any more ... waited 15 minutes for or order because of all the just eaters, deliveroos etc.
