Had my car in for an MOT and then a service later on. Professional and friendly staff and engineers. Fed back on the work that was done and highlighted advisories without trying to oversell. I've booked back in for discs and pads, which were reasonably priced. I would recommend J&H to others.

My car broke down and had to ve taken to the garage. They discovered what was wrong with it, which was completely different from what I was told by the breakdown guys. It needed a part which they had difficulty in getting, but persevered and the car was ready after two and a half weeks at less than the price quoted. Hugh was first class and explained it all when I arrived. Very pleased with the service, thank you

I use this garage for both our cars. Services, MOT and repairs. Quotes for repairs are always fair and never been pressured or put on the spot about fixing anything advisory. Work is done to a high standard and communication always great. Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can genuinely say I?ve been most impressed and satisfied with the service and efficiency shown by the team here. I?ve twice taken my car here recently and not only have they went out their way to help me, the service and friendliness is exceptional. I have to add that they have been incredibly helpful in helping me out when stuck in a jam. The workmanship, turnaround and communication has been excellent. Can?t thank the team enough and couldn?t recommend a garage higher. Also, had my MOT done last week, can honestly say they are all great, friendly and really helpful in there. Used J&H for my mum?s Ford Ka when it had to get an MOT and her usual garage was closed. They advised what work was essential and what was advisory, and were very quick and helpful getting the Ka back on the road. Mum was delighted. So good infact that I was having vibration problems with my TT. They checked the car over, thoroughly balanced the tyres properly and solved the vibration problem, I wouldn?t go anywhere else. After that they did a great job renewing my brakes all round too. They are quick , efficient, professional, and good value! Definitely recommended!!Services: Brakes

James, Hugh & the team are first class. If carlsberg made garages & mechanics this would be it. We found ourselves out on a limb, in our motorhome in Arrochar, in need of a new alternator! They pulled out all the stops to get us back on the road, sourcing the part without breaking the bank, friendly, helpful, hospitable, can not reccomend highly enough. If you are in need of anything with your vehicle, this is the place to go. They say the people make Glasgow, these guys certainly made the difference for us. So grateful to the AA who reccomended.
