Stuart helped us get our couch , he was friendly helpful and honest.We originally went with a different couch but realised it wasn't going to fit, we went back the next day and Stuart helped again and got a better couch and a better deal.10/10 service

Avoid at all cost, they will pull you in with an ?amazing deal? or so you think? I purchased a corner sofa instore, when going through the price I was hesitant due to the price. Salesmen went away and told me he could get me the 5 year guarantee at £200 and the delivery charge of £99 waived. After checking my order the Guarantee is still £300 with only the delivery charge waived. I have complained about this and they continue to deny the salesmen saying this at the point of sale. Even the manager said you should have checked your order. Yes sometimes you miss the smallest thing in the heat of the moment but at the same time you expect to be able to take there word for it when they say this. Now I am stuck with a substantial financial agreement through them which I will do my hardest to get out of but it will be unlikely. The tactics that they implore to get a sale are dodgy and scandalous, do not let them pressure you in to anything and make sure you get anything in writing off of them. I am due to receive the sofa soon so I hope it will be up to standard! Sofology are also beside the DFS store, I would recommend you give a miss on this store also as they are actually owned by DFS as of an acquisition in 2017.Do not buy eaziglide either you can buy the pads for £1 out of most shops.

I bought a bed and when it came home, one of its legs was broken. I went to the store, we sent an e-mail, they said they would call, they did not call, we sent an e-mail and contacted them, they made an appointment for 20 days later. It's not my fault, why should I wait a month for it to be done? What should I use to sleep at this time? very bad service

Went in to look at the sofas. And came out with a sofa. ordered, deposit payed and Christmas delivery. Staff were friendly but like all sale staff they are trained to approach potential customers and engage with them. I have found over the years to simply let them know l am in for a look around and if l need them l will contact them for further assistance. Once l had selected 3 sofas to choose from l asked a sales person to assist me. I selected my chosen 4 seater couch. I used the available no interest over 3 years but changed that to paying over 18 months. Now at home waiting for my delivery date to be sent out. As usual now a day's, all my paperwork is on PDF files on my email. A great shopping experience and Grant who sold me my couch was first class all the way through. Thanks DFS

Rubbish service. The insurance you bought is a lie. When you bought it, it said it could clean any stains, but it didn't admit it when it came time to clean it.

Recently moved to Glasgow and rented a flat that was supposed to be furnished only to find out last min that it wasn't. Decide to try DFS to get us set up in a hurry. We purchased clearance in-stock items for immediate delivery as we were in a hurry. 3 weeks later and 2 attempts to get stuff delivered we still don't have a instock sofa delivered. Several phone calls and talking to multiple people we found out they had no idea where the sofa was because of a software issue. I get it sometimes stuff doesn't work but hey DFS is a big company that has the resources to make things happen and get us our furniture in a reasonable time. Boy was I wrong the distribution center, call center, and point of sale have no effective way of communicating with each other so basically no one has any idea of what's going on. So every person you talk to says don't worry it will be there in a few days but nothing happens. Nothing is more insulting than the thanks for calling DFS after a phone call to customer service knowing nothing is going to happen. I have tried to cancel my order and go through someone else but they can't transfer me to the department that does that so I have to wait up to 3 days to get that phone call. So at the end of the day I have wasted a month of my time, 2 cab fairs, over to 3k pounds to continue to sit on my daughters unicorn rug. Ps if I recognize your customer service number more then my wife's, you are seriously doing something wrong!
