Purchased balloons, stock was being refilled, asked a few questions, obviously holding the girl back.No bags to put the balloons in, told to go to Poundstretcher and buy bin bags.

Had a problem on Sunday with a helium gas cannister. My wife phoned the shop at the Fort and spoke to staff. I took the faulty cannister back and was given a full refund whilst a member of staff very kindly blew up the rest of the balloons which were for a memorial service an hour later !!!! Great service. Thank you so much.
