I went up to argyle Street branch and I can honestly say it was the best customer service I've ever had,as soon as you walk into branch you are greeted with lovely staff then shown where to sit,didn't have to wait long,I had the lovely trainee Joe helping me,what a lovely, friendly so helpful young man,other banks should learn from these guys

I recently visited Barclays on Argyle Street and received outstanding service from Nidhi. She was not only lovely but also incredibly helpful, providing a customer-centered experience that exceeded my expectations. Nidhi went above and beyond by keeping me updated on the status of my payment even after my visit. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction deserves five stars without a doubt. Whilst I am a former customer of Barclays and I have my own opinions about them, the reason I was here was to use the cash machine and it was free to use and it's right in an ideal location of Glasgow so I could withdraw cash whenever I needed to.

Absolutely Rude racists staffs, they treat you like a garbage in this bank staff are very rude and unhelpful. They do everything to reject you and they just pretend they are helpful. The woman named Lorraine who is responsible for cash seem that she has miserable life and can not handle her job and she take it out on customers. Her attitude was disgusting very rude and unhelpful when I told her why she is not being nice she threw the card machine on the table. This woman needs therapy sessions not fit to work full of complex.

Only one person serving behind the counter with a very long queue, yet there is so many staff on the floor. Waited nearly 40 minutes.Was back in this branch again today. The girl serving at the main entrance. Was so rude and unhelpful. Didn't answer my query.

We had an appointment on Tue. 10th Oct?23 at 11: 30 with Mrs Manprett Hiran. I won?t go intodetails but the lady was excellent. Explained everything so well. She was able to answer anyquestions we had. An asset to your bank. We came away assured.

I have banked with Barclays for over a decade business, and in the last year, I have wasted over 23 hours either on phones or on their App with people who can't pronoun my name or keep telling me I am virtual business, all speaking their name with the same automated message, I know their KPC team is in another country and they aren't, don't care if they lose small businesses, but at least tell you because the torture and harassment, I have complained to the ombudsman which is bull anyway, if anyone else has had this experience, please note, that the people in branch who know me by name couldn't be nicer, unfortunately they can't assist, genuinely hope no one else has had to go through this and Barclays board gets took to task on poor service and cheap labour I can't believe it's came to writing review in order to get anyone to listen

Absolutely diabolical. Went in on Wednesday to pay money onto my card. I put £1800 into the machine. The machine crashed and swallowed my money. I spoke to a member of staff who said they would sort it out and phone me. Not a soul has phoned me. Only £1080 has been put on my card. I phoned Barclays today who said they would contact the manager to look into this. Yet again I haven?t heard from anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous there is £720 of my money missing and no one is replying. The bank was severely understaffed when I was in on Wednesday. I live in Lanarkshire so I?m not making another 40 minute trip out my day to stand about and wait to be served. Can someone get back to me as soon as possible. It?s absolutely ridiculous I?ve had to actually wait this long. Check your cameras and you will see I put a lot more than £1080 into my account. I want this looked into or I will contact the police. It?s theft.
