Absolutely disgraceful. Staff are so rude. Came in for a look as was out shopping with my husband. The manager, unsure of her name. Most rude, arrogant stuck up lady i’ve ever met. Needs retrained in customer service asap. Wont be back

Usually my favourite AS branch but the new (?) staff horrendous - no idea about products, lacking customer service, eye rolling at customers - will absolutely never be back - area manager would benefit from training staff.
