Nothing wrong with this specific outlet, but EE in my experience should be avoided. Very poor coverage in comparison to O2 (who I'm now with).I am disgusted with the contract that they talked my elderly and vulnerable mother into signing. A ridiculously overpriced contract for the service she receives and they refused to help her get out of it early when I realised what she'd been coerced into signing.

Waited for 45 mins just to collect DPD delivery got a parking ticket also when I just thought I can just JP into shop collect and go back out

Booked an appointment for 3rd April at 11 am. Got a text in morning to be prompt for appt arrived at 10 50am and notice on door stating shop was closed for the day, that is bad management for an EE shop. Decided to go to Glasgow Fort branch where i was very satisfied with customer care.

Nine out of town visits have ended in disappointment, majority of the staff disinterested, dismissive and leave you none the better for visiting.As the human face of a company that hides behind their infuriating call centre and online help, the amount of times I've been dismissed from here to 'go online' 'contact the manufacturer' 'Google it' is way below par if what you'd expect and it's not for the lack of staff, four members if staff all trouble shooting a basic enquiry seems like there's no basic customer service training being provided.Even when trying to get two Pay Monthly contracts set up I ended leaving because they had no interest in helping.The one gleaming positive of this review is for the young girl who served me, searched for suitable contracts, did everything to help and look out suitable phones - whoever you are or where, you are brilliant.

staff pleasant enough but unable to organise replacing a lost payg sim says need to get a new number or migrate to contract.Only redeemed by advising I phone customer services who more than made up for EE retail service.
